With the rapid development of the Internet of things(IoT),more and more new generation technologies are integrated with the IoT,such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,service computing,etc.However,with the development of large-scale and intelligent IoT technology,service provision in IoT applications is developing in the direction of refinement,hierarchy,complexity and intelligence.which has led to many new challenges in service dynamic collaboration.For example,efficient and accurate processing of service data in complex computing environments,how to ensure the storage and security of the IoT service flow data in the complex and changeable edge network environment,and how to realize the precise and intelligent dynamic collaboration of the IoT services in the complex environment.In view of these problems,this paper proposed CED-SOA service dynamic collaboration technology for intelligent large-scale IoT application environment,and makes in-depth research on the technical model and algorithm.The contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper proposed a IoT service data processing optimization model and algorithm based on CEP.The model and algorithm include the classification of multilevel complex event patterns,the algorithm and detection strategy of clustering optimization model,the model and algorithm of uncertain stream data processing based on adaptive time thresholds.Simulation results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the time delay of multi-level event processing and improve the comprehensive performance of uncertain stream data processing when applied to service data processing in a multi-level and uncertain environment.(2)This paper proposed a data storage and controllable model based on complex events and an online and offline complex event processing algorithm based on CES.The model and algorithm are mainly used in the storage,control and processing of edge network service data.The simulation experiment results show that the model and algorithm have better reading performance for edge network service data,the storage resource overhead is affordable,and the performance of online and offline processing can be effectively improved in a controlled environment.(3)This paper proposed a service dynamic collaboration model and algorithm based on deep-wide learning.The model and algorithm are suitable for large-scale intelligent IoT service provision scenarios.The simulation experiment results show that the model and algorithm have achieved good results in the accuracy and comprehensiveness of coordination.
