This paper introduces the intelligent temperature control heating system, including the principle and method used in it,then verify its operation effect in the actual situation.The thesis first introduces the heating control system status, according to heating system development prospects and technological requirements, design hardware and software part of the controller. Hardware design includes the controller structure determination, and then according to the structure,select the CPU, display, memory chip, time chip, temperature sensor and system of crystal oscillator and reset circuit and design the interface, finally designed the overall system circuit diagram.The algorithm of PID control and fuzzy control is introduced in this paper. The PID control includes simulate the PID and digital PID control. Fuzzy control firstly introduces some basic concepts, and then gives the structure of fuzzy controller.The fuzzy control algorithm are designed in detail, including selection and calculation of the parameter, determination of membership function and building of the fuzzy control rule table. Based on the mathematical model of the control system, and the digital PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm simulation are carried out in MATLAB/Simulink, according to the simulation results compare the algorithm. The software design includes the main control program design, timing interruption program, key program design, display design program design and control algorithm of the program, the program design flow chart and some key programs are shown in the paper.In order to validate the feasibility of the controller, debugging the system in the practical situation, through the control effect of the actual operation, the results show that, the controller can meet the requirements of temperature control.
