Research On Image Resources Intelligent Identify In Cloud Manufacturing System Based On BP ANN

Informatization is widely and in-depth used in the manufacturing industry,it play animportant role in the process of manufacturing industry development, with the manufacturingindustry towards to high efficiency, high utilization and low carbon development direction way,it also make a higher request on the application mode of the informatization of manufacturingindustry. Therefore, to establish an effective integration all kinds of resources network platformto provide timely and effective service for terminal dispersed users is very urgent. This paperput forward that apply the BP artificial neural network intelligent algorithm in the platform toclassification image resources in order to improve the efficiency of service.This paper focuses on the themes of which is new application under the model of networkcloud manufacturing, the main research contents include following aspects of content:(1) Summarized the put forward, development and significance of the concept of cloudmanufacturing, and discuss how to build the cloud manufacturing system platform and how tooperate it;(2) In order to realize disperser recourse automatic centralized in the cloud manufacturingsystem platform, apply BP artificial neural network to the platform, get ready for the platformcloud automatically extended;(3) Research on the method of image resource in cloud manufacturing characteristics express,description and intelligent identify;(4) Take several types of mechanical parts of intelligent identify and classify for example,establish three layers BP artificial neural network, extract sample images color and geometricfeature, let the network to learn, last use it to test to verify the feasibility of this method;(5) Package the neural network program to GUI program, and build the GUI to exe program byMatlab Compiler,make it cold operation without the MATLAB software environment;(6) Using the Javascript scripting language, embedded the exe program into the B/S modewebpage, realized webpage calling exe program in the servers.
