The majority of small and medium-sized enterprises cancontinue to use traditional manual management mode, which brings about a barrier toenterprise development. Therefore, the subject is to research for sale industry on electricbicycle deeply, design and develop a pairs of sale management systems for small andmedium-sized enterprises in order to allow small and medium-sized enterprises to meetthe development needs of the information age and go into a healthy development track.Firstly, the paper analyzes development status and problems of the electric bicyclesale industries, and expounded the importance of the sale management systems. On thebasis of the existing mature sale management systems, the paper come up with thefeasibility analysis in economic, technical and operational aspects and demonstrated thefeasibility of the system combining with the needs of users while the function andnon-functional demands of the system are carried out a detailed analysis.Secondly, based on the development environment of current information managementsystem, the paper design the overall framework of the system by the hierarchicaldevelopment of the structure as a development tool of VS2008and a structure of Accessdatabase. The paper divide five functional modules including the basic informationmanagement, procurement management, sales management, statistical inquiry and systemsmanagement according to the needs of the users. The paper designs the database fromthree levels of the database conceptual model, the logical and physical models in detail.Finally, the paper also designs all the functional modules of this system in detail;achieve the main framework using MFC technology and the operation of the database bythe use of ADO technology. What’s more, the paper tests the various modules of thesystem and the results show that the system is able to operate stability, has a strong security and a high practical value. It can meet the needs of small and medium-sizedenterprises.
