In the age of wireless communication technology developing rapid, wireless businessdemand continuously increasing, spectrum "inadequate" and "waste" coexisting, cognitivewireless network is considered to be one of the core architecture of solving the contradictionof supply and demand in the spectrum resources, managing and allocating spectrum resourcesrationally and efficientely is a difficult but urgent task, continuously improve the validity andreliability of spectrum accessing also is the main theme of spectrum allocation.Game theory is the optimal solution of solving distributed resource competition issues,draw on its strengths to provide guidance of getting the Nash equilibrium in cognitivewireless network strategy is favorable for the design of new type spectrum allocationmechanism and its reliable and efficientive spectrum access policy.This paper described the cognitive wireless networks and its dynamic spectrummanagement and distribution technology exhaustively, then made a game-based distributionmethod research in two parts. In the first part, we introduced the preselling mechanism ineconomic activity to dynamic spectrum management and put forward the game-baseddynamic spectrum management in preselling mechanism(PS-DSM).It aimed to take fulladvantage of the different spectrum demand and computing power of diverse network entitiesin different temporal and spatial dimension to improve spectrum’s using efficiency, simulationresults showed that the PS-DSM schema could not only improve the system throughput butalso speed up the convergence cycles. In the second part, we considered a future scene ofcognitive wireless networks, spectrum owners in specific region will use spectrum in differentbandwidth to provide communication services for different cognitive users, then how toimprove the reliability of the dynamic spectrum access in order to achieve load balancing ofspectrum access has become a key issue.we simplified above many-to-many allocationproblem and proposed a dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on spatial congestiongames with adaptive load balancing by using the extended analysis of space congestion gamemodel, gave the theoretical analysis of existence of its nash equilibrium,then elaborated theutility function added with load regulating.Simulations showed that this algorithm could notonly accelerate the convergence rate,but also improve the spectrum utilization efficiency,ameliorated the reliability of spectrum access and and finally reach to a load balancing.
