In recent years cognitive radio network is one of the priorities research areas of wirelesscommunication. In this paper, specific solutions for dynamic spectrum allocation wereproposed by using the continuous double auction theory in economics and game theory. Thedetails are as follows:First, the multiple-multiple allocation problem can be simplified to market tradingmechanisms that have multiple spectrum service providers and multiple spectrum cognitiveusers. This complex relationship can be modeled by using the continuous double auctiontheory. A spectrum allocation algorithm is proposed based on continuous double auction and aflexible transaction instructions aimed at the priority level for different tasks is designed to themarket trading mechanisms. Finally, the simulation experiments are completed and the datashow that the algorithm has a lower time complexity, which can effectively accelerate theconvergence rate.Second, recall that the spectrum resource was assumed to be homogeneous goods in thecontinuous double auction of spectrum allocation algorithm, but spectrum resources differ inreality. By analyzing the solution of spectrum allocation that just based on sample price, thesecondary quadratic assignment model was established for the further optimization using thenon-cooperative game and the utility function was designed. We proved the existence of Nashequilibrium. Then we proposed spectrum reallocation algorithm based on non-cooperativegame and the algorithm was verified by simulation. The results show that the algorithm canreduce the transmission power and interference of the cognitive users.
