Soldering robot is the kind of equipment that is used to replace the simple andrepetitive manual welding. Because of the huge damage to human and environment,Lead-Free soldering becomes a trend. It requires quicker heat compensation and generalsoldering iron can not meet the requirement. So the research on heating technology ofwelding robot and the manufacture of high frequency welding machine are necessary.Specifically, the thesis includes the following sections.Eddy-current heating circuit is the key part of the research and it directly decidesproperty. We use ring oscillator and switching tube to design the high frequency inverterand achieve soft switch with resonant circuit. Also we simulate key parts of the circuit. In the end, we design out the induction heating power supply and it is of400KHZfrequency and120W power.Under the control of MCU, design the temperature control circuit. We use matrixkeyboard to set the heating temperature and the temperature will display on the LED. Inthe C programming language, we choose PID and PDM algorithm. In the range of200℃~480℃, the temperature tolerance is2℃.Analyze eddy-current field using the Finite Element Analysis method. Work outeddy current density and power density. By the way of sequential coupling, we can getthe heat source distribution of temperature field and the temperature changes of weldinghead over time. It provides reference for test. Also on the premise of keeping heatcapacity, we optimize welding head structure and the temperature is3.4℃higher.After the debugging of eddy-current heating circuit and temperature control circuitseparately, assemble the two circuits together and test on the platform. Get the propertyof high frequency welding machine, and compare with simulation results. The machineresearch design targets。...
