Along with the development of electronic technology and the maturation of digital control theory, engineering research area, using common digital signal processor to process real-time digital signal is a hot subject, which is a very challenge work. Recently, as the development of DSP technology, the maturity of DSP products and DSP goes deep into many kinds of applications, more and more controllers based on computer move to DSP platform, which has the same processing capability as computer.In this paper, on the basis of establishing mathematical models of electro-hydraulic servo system, strategies of position and force control are researched and adopted to eliminate system surplus force, and finally design an electro-hydraulic servo system synchronous controller based on DSP.The research way of MATLAB+DSP+IPC is adopted, which can rapidly verify complex control algorithms and greatly enhance the development of controller based on DSP.The paper takes the electro-hydraulic servo control system as research subject, whose mathematic model is established in position and force, and analysises the models in time and frequency domain. On basis of analysising the mathematical models of electro-hydraulic servo control system, the control strategies of position and force are researched, and the models are simulated. Use the corresponding control strategy to eliminate this surplus force which is caused by location disturbance by analysising the mathematical models.Complete the design of DSP-based digital controller, which can achieve the control algorithms of repetitive control and feed-forward correction and precise control of position and force, and eliminate the surplus force which is caused by location disturbance. At the same time, controller can realize the communication of host and client.Finally, prove the correctness of these conclusions, and verify the function of synchronous controller by real testing and comparing with simulation results.
