Electro-hydraulic servo control system is widely used in the automation field, which combines hydraulic technology, electronics technology, control theory and computer technology, and has good performance.In this thesis, the mathematical model of turbine electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed, witch is combined electro-hydraulic servo control system in steam turbine application. A new type of intelligent electro-hydraulic servo controller witch is successfully applied to the servo controller in turbine speed control system is introduced. The key factors of performance in hydraulic control system and the means to solve these problems are analyzed in details. In the integrated model of the turbine speed control, sub-topics dynamic variable parameter fuzzy PID control strategy is used according to the model, through a variety of methods to control the contrast, witch is combined with the limitations of the conventional PID control algorithm and light of the actual model. In terms of hardware design, the performance of different sensors is analyzed; a high accuracy and fast response to the differential transformer displacement sensor circuit is designed; the driving voltage and current-driven Servo Valve in two different modes that affect servo Valve time constant of the system dynamic performance are studied. In software design, the functions of each module of the software process are detailed. The possible impact of the sources of interference are discussed for ensuring the reliability of electro-hydraulic servo controller, and discussed. Finally, the intelligent application of electro-hydraulic servo controller in the turbine is introduced.Through two years of continuous operation on a steam turbine, combined with the test data are analyzed and compared, the electro-hydraulic servo controller has been proved to be stable and reliable.
