In the system architecture of real-time of database systems VegeBam2.0, a real-time database system VegeBam2.1is developed with universal data access interface. The main contents are as follows:In the research of applications with configuration software and promotion with OPC standard used in the existing industrial control system, and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the various real-time database system, the key technologies to complete VegeBam2.1real-time database system is put forward:increase the Universal Data Access data collection interface using OPC standards, design the universal data access interface for historical database, and achieve data compression algorithm with characteristics of real-time data.In order to enhance the ability of real-time data acquisition, on the basis of the OPC standard, the real-time data access interface using the OLEDB provider to access the OPC server is put forward. In the real-time data access interface, the correspondence of the OLEDB database objects and the OPC server object help to develop a method using a common data access interface to access real-time data.The components of the database objects based on VegeBam1.0kernel retains all the features of the database kernel, and provides convenient to implementation of access to historical data interface. Historical data access interfaces are still using the OLEDB provider and the correspondence of the OLE database and the object in VegeBam database component object help to develop a method to use a common data access interface to access VegeBam database.Based on the data access interface of VegeBam2.1, the data compression algorithm suitable for real-time database system data features is researched. The algorithm selection taking into account the type and trends of real-time data, using the boxcar method, direct slope method and SDT algorithm maximize data compression ratio without affecting the efficiency of data collection, to. A perfected VegeBam2.1real-time database system reflects more practical application values.
