In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial big data,for current industrial companies,how can the enterprise administrators view production data at any time to optimize and improve the entire production process and make flexible enterprise decisionmaking is the key to industrial informationization.The data generated by the equipment in the factory production process is a very important information resource.How to solve the rapid acquisition of equipment production data and the storage of mass production data is the core of industrial information construction.This article focuses on how to store a large amount of plant equipment data,so the main research work of this article has the following points:?According to the characteristics of factory production data,establish a unified data format as the basis for data exchange between system levels.? The system composition based on real-time database system uses the speed advantage of the memory database to use it as a cache area for fast storage of real-time data.At the same time,in order to ensure that a large amount of factory equipment data can be stored,a new set of solutions is proposed for an in-memory database system used as a cache area.?In order to ensure the persistent storage of mass production data,appropriate datacompression algorithms are used to optimize the disk storage space.This paper takes the discrete manufacturing industry as the research background,and based on the industry characteristics of the discrete manufacturing industry,based on the relatively mature theory and technology nowadays,it designs a set of real-time database systems applied to the discrete manufacturing industry in order to reduce the cost of the enterprise.The purpose of increasing system performance.The real-time database system for the discrete manufacturing industry can support up to 200 ms of data acquisition cycles and can support at least 2s of data acquisition cycles.The birth of a real-time database system for discrete manufacturing industries fills the gap in the application of real-time database systems in the discrete manufacturing industry,and raises the industry's overall level of information construction.
