In recent years, with the development of the mobile web, it has already becomeimportant contents. Higher bandwidth throughput, lower delay and lower construction andmaintenance costs, those had become the trend of development of handheld device. Thecurrent handheld device has already become the necessities of life. But in face of the highcommunication cost of3G or4G, cheap WiFi technology has entered people’s field ofvision. WiFi technology has higher broadband access and lower construction cost, usingwireless WiFi technology can solve the various problems when audio and video datatransmission encounter problems. At the same time, it also greatly reduces thecommunication cost and gives better service for the people.In most of the multimedia technology, it relates to some problems of wireless audioand video data transmission. This paper mainly used low-cost WiFi Technology and ARM,Linux OS to develop a product with synchronous transmission of audio and video.The first, the paper research the development of the mobile web in the recent years, inface of the high communication cost of3G or4G,I propose the wireless WiFi network as acomplement with cellular mobile communication to solve the problem. At the same time,the paper introduced the wireless audio, video communication technology developmentsituation at home and abroad. Due to the most current mobile products use ARMtechnology, so this paper chose the ARM11OK6410development board for development.The paper also introduced some hardware modules and the wireless WiFi technology.Secondly, in the audio, video collection side, in the video collection side, the paperbased on MPEG-4protocol and used the V4L2driver on the embedded Linux OS todevelop efficiently. In the audio collection side, the paper uses the G.729protocol to dorelated development.In audio, video encoding and decoding work, the paper mainly optimize algorithm onMPEG-4and G.729to meet real-time transmission. In audio and video transmission side,the paper uses the RTP/RTCP Protocol to control audio and video synchronoustransmission. The paper also cites the library document. So using the RTP/RTCP Protocoland the library document can effectively solve the various problems on real-time data transmission.Finally, I develop a client application program on the embedded Linux OS. In thewindows platform I built the MySQL relational database server. At the same time, thesystem uses the C/S and P2Pd network architecture to solve efficiently the communicationservice on mobile terminal and server, mobile terminal and mobile terminal.
