With the development of mobile communication technology, the number of usersbeing increasing, operators’ service getting more and more diversified, and network databecoming increasingly larger and complex, the operator’s requirement for enterpriseinformation-based construction is getting higher and higher. Since nowadays the networkis gradually reaching convergence and unity, communication operators urge to establish anormative, efficient and scientific network-information-integrating platform, so as tointegrate and mine the network data resources. The platform consists of many sub-systems.Through the sub-systems’ efficient cooperation, the operator can make the datamanagement and processing streamline, normalized and intelligent. Thus, the networkdata’s utilization rate will increase. Moreover, the integrated platform will monitor thenetwork’s running state and give condition evaluation, in order to predict requirement forthe network resource and provide effective methods to deploy the resources. In this thesis, the research work of ‘network information integration platform’ isimplemented. The field research in Zhuhai Mobile communication operators is firstlycarried out, and according to the analysis, the subsystem of the ‘network informationintegration platform’ is divided into two core categories: real-time data scheduling andprocess management, and the intelligent data processing. Furthermore, two representativesubsystems, the base station power management system and traffic representativeprediction system, are analyzed, implemented and summarized. As for the base station power management system, this thesis sorts out its originaldata, analyses its requirement and designs its functional module. As for the trafficrepresentative prediction system, this thesis decides reasonable prediction module for theshort-term traffic prediction by research on the BP and Elman neural network prediction method, furthermore, lots of experiment of simulating and comparing was be given. Finally, the thesis shows the realization and effectiveness of the subsystems, indicating that an excellent performance has been achieved in practical applications, whichimproves the efficiency of network information management of Zhuhai Mobilecommunication operators.
