With the improvement of society’s spiritual needs, the physical static digitalsignage which had been widely used has been unable to meet with the market demand,and more innovative forms of digital signage are demanded for market. Orienting todiverse needs of digital signage, the physical dynamic digital signage is researchedand designed by crossing and integrating multidisciplinary supporting technology ofmachinery, control, computer and multimedia and so forth.Through researching on digital signage mainstream products, the thesis at firstanalyzes the development trend of digital signage and key supporting technologies,proposes a system solution of multi-degree of freedom of rotation digital signage, andgoes system-level hierarchical division to facilitate the research and design of eachsubsystem; three transmission system were designed, analyzed and compared aboutthe physical movement, and the best one was optioned. Then, the solution about thecontrol system was researched and analyzed, the overall control scheme wasestablished including a host computer, CAN communication and the next crew, andthe role of the host computer is human-computer interaction, the next crew task ismotion control, CAN communication is responsible for building connection betweenthe host computer and the next crew. At last, for characteristics of the three rotationdegrees of freedom digital signage control, key hardware circuits were studied, thekey algorithms were analyzed, and control state changes and motion controlalgorithms were designed and implemented based on dsPIC33F series MCU.Based on results of the study and the design scheme, the design method wasdescribed, and the key circuits and key algorithms were described and analyzed indetail. Through joint commissioning of each subsystem, good results were gained.The practice shows that the designed three-DOF rotational digital signage canreliably coordinated dynamic motion with the multimedia player according tospecified actions, and be applied and fully affirmed by the unit, with characteristics of movement flexible, stable, and correctly assorting to multimedia player.
