In the course of the pipeline of crude oil through permafrost,the temperature of crude oilin pipeline will affect the temperature of soil around the pipeline in permafrost regions. Itcauses a complex geological disasters,such as frost heave、thaw settlement、soil erosion、slopeinstability and so on.Those disasters threat the safe of pipeline safety and seriously affectthe transport of crude oil.Unstable slopes is the biggest threat of the pipeline of permafrostfaced.It is most likely caused bucking and folding deformation of the pipeline at the bottom ofthe slope. Combining with the actual situation of monitoring large slopes needs to applytechnology.Through to develope the formation process of slope instability mechanism and slopemonitoring techniques in permafrost region,this issue developed a permafrost zone slopestability safety monitoring system.real-time monitoring of the system through the slope of thepermafrost zone temperature field monitoring。This issue can be widely used to monitor thetemperature of permafrost slopes through to monitoring in real-time and tracking to theremote the temperature of slope.According to the actual situation of the local permafrost zone,the system of temperaturemonitoring was designed.Starting from the high-precision,low-power consumption,remotedata transmission in three areas,the system is divided into two parts:the PC and the. slavecomputer.A law-cost、modular system is designed,among them, the slave computer isdesigned as topics focus,which consists of four modules:GSM module、main control boardmodule、data acaquisition module、sensor and conditioning circuit module.According to thesystem requirements,the PT100platinum resistance temperature sensor of linearity、accuracyand stability was selectded as measuring element.Using a constant current source as signal toobtain acquisition circuit, conditioning circuit can compensate errors caused by nonlinearityand platinum resistance wire.At the same time it can increase measurement accuracy of thesystem.When we select hardware selection of the main control board module and the dataacquisitionmodule,we can follow the principle of low-cost, universal, high-performance,low-power-consumption.When we design electric circuit of the chip connection,we need follow the accuracy,simplicity,compatibility principle.When design PCB board to make surethat the power cord,ground and data lines consistent with the direction to reduce the loopresistance increase noise immunity. Design Software,using functional modular,following thereliability,scalability,standardization and the principle of simplicity.
