Design And Implementation Of Data Analysis System For Individual Income Tax In Guangxi For Annual Income Of Over 120 Thousand RMB

In China,with the continuous progress and evolution of economy and society,especially in the era of Internet,both of the information technology and the structure of social organization have changed a lot.The traditional model of tax departments and unable to satisfy the business requirements and admistrate demand in tax department.This thesis is focus on the data that analyze the declaring condition in annual income of 120 thousand RMB,which is based on J2 EE,data warehouse and ETL technology.Meanwhile,we also analyze the design and realization of the " Guangxi personal tax annual income more than 120 thousand RMB data analysis system".Besides,this thesis analyze and explain in many aspects.Firstly,most taxpayers are not clear about the exact number of their income,which is common in China.Secondly,the consciousness of tax payment is not high.Thirdly,some of the taxpayers have fluky psychology in tax fraud.Fourthly,there is no use to improve the observation of taxpayers.Fifthly,it increased the pressure of tax staff.Sixly,it analyze and explain some conditions on the increased risk of tax loss.At the same time,this thesis also put forward the importance of annual income tax reporting and data analysis more than120 thousand RMB.At the technical aspect,this thesis introduce the Linux server operating system,Web server middleware,data warehouse technology theory,Oracle database,ETL technology and WEB component technology.In the "internet + tax" strategic guidance,analysis the technical feasibility of this research.At the business level,it introduce many aspects.First,tax policy of individual income tax and the laws and regulations at present.Second,it also introduce the detailed statistical caliber,and combined with the actual income of more than 120 thousand RMB.An innovative and exploratory research of the annual income of more than 120 thousand RMB is carried out.The analysis of the annual income more than 120 thousand RMB is carried out in different dimensions,such as should be declare but not declared,false declarations,from different regions and industries,and the relevant clearing functions are provided to solve the problem of that difficult to promote tax declaration,difficult to be effectively supervised and difficult to improve the tax compliance of taxpayers,and it brings greatconvenience to the tax collection and management.It also provides technical support for the state to understand the distribution of income in various industries and regions so as to work out a more reasonable tax system.After the completion of the data analysis system of "Guangxi’s annual income of more than 120 thousand RMB",the system has been tested,verified and trial run in the basic tax department.At present,the system runs stably and achieves good results.
