Aviation, aerospace and maritime industry embodies the degree of development ofa country’s scientific and technological level; With three areas in the development ofhigh standards, which the demand on accuracy of inertial navigation and guidancesystems is getting higher and higher. The turntable is the key equipment to calibrationand analog inertial navigation system, which determines the quality of the overallperformance of the test and calibration credibility or not. Turntable speed accuracy andspeed stability is to evaluate the overall performance of the turntable is an importantindicator. And the friction torque, cogging torque, EMI and other factors affect thequality of the rate stability. Therefore, from the control compensation to proceed,weaken or eliminate the impact of these factors on the turntable, in order to improveperformance, which will cause the development of three aircraft has an important value.This dissertation focuses on the influencing factors of the friction torque and thecogging analysis and research turntable rate stability, and discuss many controlmethods.to compensate and restrain.Firstly, this dissertation introduced the evaluation methods of speed accuracy andspeed stability for the turntable control system, which discuss causes and turntable rateaffect of the friction and cogging torque.Secondly, against the effect from friction, the mechanism is analyzed. It analyzesthe influence and control effect of the traditional PID control, the method based on afixed compensation of friction control model and MRAC to compensate for the frictiontorque. After MRAC friction compensation, which select the appropriate controlparameters, so as to achieve real-time online compensation. By Lyapunov stabilityanalysis system stability.Third, Have a research on cogging torque suppression scheme of turntable system.The mechanism and the influence on tables of the electromagnetic torque fluctuationsare analyzed deeply. It uses a PID compound control method of repetitive control withCMAC to suppress the cogging torque and discusses the performance of repetitivecontroller and the convergence of CMAC.Finally, the dissertation introduces the turntable control system hardware andsoftware design. Describes the control structure of the hardware and software designand operation platform of choice.
