With the continuous growth of modern military requirements, the number ofradio stations and base stations applied in the communication network has beengradually raising, the issue of how to effectively distribute the limited spectrumresource has become the hotspot in recent years. As for the wirelesscommunication network, proper frequency distribution is the top priority. Theinappropriate distribution of spectrum resources can result in network congestion,high call loss ratio, disturbing the normal communication, and even may causenetwork paralysis. Therefore, the spectrum distribution considering thegeographic information can guarantee the communication quality of network.Accurate prediction of attenuation of the field strength will lead to a morereasonable distribution of the devices related in the defence area and moreeffective utilization of frequency resources.In this paper, the technology of communication network field strengthattenuation prediction and the strategy of dynamic resource allocation arepresented, based on which a scheme of field strength prediction model combineswith the electronic map is proposed, the simulation and the analysis of thefrequency resource distribution algorithm are given as well.Firstly, with the consideration of the research status of defensecommunication network, the analysis is performed in reference to thesignificance of frequency resources distribution. Compared with the traditionalcharacteristics of communication networks, wireless communication network hasits special features and requirements, and then puts forward a distributing methodcombining coverage area plan based on the electronic map and dynamicdistribution of frequency resources,Secondly, the detailed description of the propagation path loss calculationmethods that suit for different environment is presented and is analysed usingMATLAB, by comparing the different model predictions with actual test results,the ITU-RP.526model is selected as the model to achieve the accurate predictionof the coverage area in accordance whith the electronic-map-based radio wavepropagation, which has provided the reference data for the coverage of base stations, the division of defense area and the distribution of the frequencyresources,Thirdly, this paper discusses the scheme suitable for the dynamicdistribution of defense network frequency, in combination with hybrid channeldistribution strategy and channel borrowing strategy the paper distributesfrequency resources to the base stations and devices covered to guarantee the Qosof the defense area,Finally, with the analysis and simulation above, it accomplishes the thecoverage area forecasting and planning with the geographic information and thenperforms the actual simulation of the algorithm analysis and verification,combined with geographic information to complete the coverage area forecastingand planning, the actual frequency distribution simulation, and assess theeffectiveness of the call loss ratio improvement with the application of thealgorithm in the distribution of channel.In the end, the research work on this topic is summarized, and come to theconclusion.
