Researeh On Norm-bascd Information System Analysis Method

Information construction is the enterprise to survive and develop must adopt technical measures for information technology and system implementation of the overall solution provides support for the enterprise, a good for enterprise to realize the sustainable development of the information system development strategy planning and management goal has a very important role. In Traditional development mode, the system analyst to the customer demand (which contains a description of the business rules) is analyzed, and form a structural description to developers, system developers for these structured system description write into program code to achieve. These development way due to ignoring the variable characteristics of business rules in the system, as a process of system development, so if the owner needs change, it must be the entire development process. This greatly increased the system maintenance costs, reduce the operation efficiency of the system.Norm of semiology and organization is the special form of the rules, which has rich semantics,it exists in the organization, and directly or indirectly affect the main behavior and the interaction between the main body behavior. Subjects achieve the ultimate goal through mutual dependence between the subject and collaboration.Using norm to describe the dependence and collaboration in subjects and their willingness, resources can easily achieve complex system and the modeling and analysis of the organization. In previous business activities, more use of rules to organize the business process, because the rules could not express non-deterministic business process, so for this kind of business process design or is very complex, or simply abandoned. After joining Norm in the business process, can solve this problem to some extent, due to the enforcement Norm can express the subject behavior, so based on the Norm of a business process is more flexible.After carefully study the information system based on business rules development mode and organizational semiotics related content, this paper puts forward a kind of analysis and design method of information system based on Norm to enhance the demand for the semantics. Using the theory of enterprise modeling, we can analyze the concept layer of information system from different perspectives, form the target model、the specification model、organization model、business process model、data model and so on.An information system usually includes three modules:role and permissions module, business process module and data module, this paper through the establishment of the three modules which are corresponding to the views (role and privilege view, process view, data view), construct each view of logic layer. And on this basis, we put forward the switching method from the concept layer to logic layer, and verify the feasibility of the method through the information system of Water Investment Management.
