Semiconductor laser is widely used in the field of medical hairdressing, butthe efficiency and stability of the currently used for cosmetic laser is generally poor.So how to effectively improve the stability of semiconductor laser has become theimportant topic. Selection and design of laser power supply, laser cooling systemdesign and optimization problems are seriously influencing the application anddevelopment of semiconductor laser.This paper is to design a good performance and stability of808nm lasertherapeutic instrument. It analyzed the impact on threshold value of semiconductorlaser, output power and efficiency from the laser cavity mirror and cavity length.The whole system scheme of semiconductor laser is designed. The laser lightsystem is designed and verified. The laser cooling system, light system and controlsystem are also designed and tested. The laser driver power supply parameters anddrive way are optimized, the whole control system is designed, multiple protectionmeasures for the laser, the drive system and the cooling liquid circulating systemare add to this control system. The thesis analyzes the structure of laser heat sink,the808nm laser which is encapsulated with microchannel heat sink has good effectof heat dissipation. The laser meets the laser’s cooling requirements of continuoususe. The running test of this machine shows that the design of semiconductor lasersystem basically meets the needs of actual treatment.
