In modern education, the examination currently is still an important measure toevaluate the degree of comprehension of knowledge, setting up the computerexamination platform, especially broad-scale basic course examination becomes atrendency. As an important carrier of the examination, the quality of test paper andresults of test paper analysis can be used as the basis of the examination evaluation.For effectively refer to the experience of formerly test paper generation andexamination, this paper according to classical test theory, based on the thinking ofcase-based reasoning, designed and achieved a set of test paper analysis and onlineexamination system, could comply the purposefully to design and evaluateexamination.This paper focuses on the following aims:1、Based on the classical test theory in educational measurement theory,established the examination theory,test question and test paper analysis theory,examination evaluation theory.2、Analyze and study the application circumstance and architecture of currentexamination system, used the c/s structure of database server communication mode todesign, developed a set of online examination system，with satisfying our schoolteaching practice need and more advanced technology. The system mainly achieved3key technologies:(1)Reflective technology of subjective question, that operation filecarried on data compression and encryption, ensured speed of extracting questions,security and the database-level’s management.(2)Implement of building variousoperating question’s scoring object model to complete the operating question’sunderlying interface and automatic correction technology.(3)Building of virtualenvironment object model and automatic correction technology.3、Proposed applying case-based reasoning technology to test paper analysis andexamination evaluation system. Established the test question and test paper analysismodel, examination evaluation model, examination strategy, evaluation model andlearn degree verification model. As the iteration of the examination, case base librarymodifying, preserving and learning, library contains more test question and test paper knowledge, learned and reinforced the ability to solve test paper generation problem,will provide better service for the follow-up test paper generation.
