In large-scale engineering equipment industry,.,due to the characteristics of itsown products and the diversity of customer needs in enterprises,They usuallyencountered many problems such as high customization requirement, need Complexproduct installation environment, customers having no enough understanding of theproduct, lack of professional maintenance personnel,and so on.These problems willresult in many security risks of the equipment in the process of designing,manufacture, installation as well as use. In order to protect the functional safety of theequipment,the enterprises ofen increase professional designers and servicepersonnel,build customer service call center, increase the investment of the enterpriseinformation. through these methods to solve these problems. But with their owndevelopment in enterprises, Increasing market share,the increasing of customer base,This approach will lead to the exponential growth of the number of employees,theinformation system increasingly large and complex in the enterprise.Follpwingthis,labor costs and training costs will increase.It also result in loose organizationalstructure, complexity personnel management,data dispersed,high system integrationdifficulty.This can not solve the problems such as the safty in equipment monitoring,control and function.Due to the different ProgramingLogic Controner product in buisinesses adopted different communicationprotocols,there will not be direct communication between the PLC product indifferent companies. The large ozone equipments according to different needs,adopt specified PLC productsOnly in this way,.the PLC products can be compatibleto the PLC network in the customers’ enterprise. Therefore, enterprises will purchasevarious brands of PLC products for customers to choose.But the different brands ofPLC Products employed different written styles in control programs.The writtenstyles of different PLC products in different businesses are not universal. Thisrequires re-write.This will generate a large number of functionally identical control program software, significantly increasing maintenance costs in enterprises.This subject firstly designde online intelligent controller in large ozoneequipment.This subject improve the ozone generator controller based on an ozoneequipment company’s original ozone generator controller.Upgrade original contrller toonline intelligent controller,by using embedded technology, the Internet of Thingstechnology, PID algorithm, AD/DA converter.
