China is a great power of hazardous materials transportation. With the rapid development of economy, the production and capacity of hazardous materials is increasing year by year.At the same time, more and more accidents are happened.Once the accidents accures, in addition to the harm of vehicles and the traffic itself, they also does great harm to the surrounding residents, cars, houses and public facilities or damage to the environment, and even make pollution of the rivers, air, soil. The accidents impact of long-term adverse to the residents living.In such a grim situation, we urgently need to monitor and analyse gastanks, hazardous materials and build a transportation monitoring platform of hazardous materials so as to meet the demand of comprehensive management such as monitoring in real-time, alarming in real-time, warning automatically, acting quickly, and information sharing.We can collect data of the hazardous materials transportation, monitor the status of hazardous materials, lakage, tanks, gastanks and prevent the happening of the accident by using this platform.The transportation monitoring platform is mainly composed of gastank, equipment, data center, database, transportation management system of hazardous materials and transportation monitoring system of hazardous materials.lt is builded by the WSH framework based on J2EE and Reactor model based on Java NIO.We choose MapABC to show the vehicle’s location and choose Ajax technology assisted for the gastank real-time monitoring and alarm function. The platform can show the gastank position, warn at real-time, guide gastanks, visit gastank history and so on by handle the real-time datas which are from the gastanks.This thesis consists of6chapters.The1st one illustrates the background, the status quo, content, objectives and significance of the reseach. In the second chapter, the primary technologies of building the platform are introduced, In the third chapter, the functional and non-functional elements are analyzed in different aspects, In the fourth chapter the overall design of the system’s framework, performance, security and other aspects are discussed.At the same time, the fourth chapter also emphasizes the detail description of each function. The fifth chapter shows the platform realization and performance Testing.The brief research summary and prospect is listed in the fifth chapter.This platform has good practicability and will provide great social benefits.
