Based on the call system technology and the trend of development of the Internet,and in the light of the problem of low efficiency of management, lacking ofcommunication channel in Guizhou Telecom call center in hotel reservations, this thesisputs forward a solution in which Hotel booking system and call center combiningtogether. By using ASP.NET programming language and database technology as thefoundation, the system needs analysis, business process analysis based on theapplication of UML in the static model and dynamic model, and obtains the systemfunction design and database model.Through call cent hotel booking integrated platform, the resources and externalresources are effectively integrated, so as to provide quality services call for customers.This can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The system has a certaintheoretical and practical significance, and has a certain reference value for otherdomestic enterprises calling system construction.This thesis introduces the NET framework, design and implementation of a B/Sbased on three layer structure of call center hotel booking information managementsystem. The main contributions are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)studied the calling system key technology;(2) to complete the hotel booking systemdemand analysis, business process analysis, system design and security design and otheraspects;(3) introduced object oriented analysis method and UML (Unified ModelingLanguage) for complex problem domain decomposition;(4) based on the technology ofdatabase on hotel booking, order, statistics and other information resources, scientificorganization and management.At present, the management information system has been put into use in call center.It greatly improves the efficiency of the business hotel reservations, and improves theearly, middle and latter part of the status of manual handling call of center hotel bookingbusiness. It achieve information management for the business of hotel booking callcenter.
