No. seven signaling network is a communication network supporting net,superimposed on the communication network switching network, communicationnetwork of local, long-distance and international communication automatic,semi-automatic telephone connection, as well as providing communication netadditional services, such as SMS, intelligent network and other value-added services,and provide for communication equipment network operation management andmaintenance of information transmission and acquisition, due to its in communicationnetwork to play a decisive role position and was recognized as the industry ofcommunication network of neural network, its quality directly affects thecommunication network and its various business running stability and actual operationbenefit.In the traditional management methods, carriers of the No. seven signaling networkmaintenance mainly through the network signaling messages or signaling testinstrument to complete. But as network signaling messages are limited, the content isrich enough, and can not run in real time, it is difficult to fault timely prediction.Therefore it is very difficult to satisfy the communication network monitoring andmaintenance requirements. Based on the seven signal monitoring system through a highimpedance or switch interface to obtain the original signaling, signaling decoding andanalysis we can know the network running status, and timely analysis of network faultand fault positioning, shorten processing time, improve the system of maintenancequality; timely understanding of the whole network from local to global load condition,and the communication network, the network achieves the best running state. Inaddition to providing network monitoring and maintenance function, can provide suchas network billing, call tracking, long or short telephone statistics, switch rate and lossrate analysis, specific customer communication behavior habit, for signaling networkand telecommunications network planning and market analysis and provide a basis for.Based on the above problems, this paper introduces traditional network monitoring and maintenance based on, for Fujian Unicom No. seven signaling network structure,principle, mechanism, application based on number seven signaling concentratingmonitor maintenance method. The first comparison based on no seven signalingmonitoring way for the traditional way of advantages, and the necessity of improvement,and then focuses on the seven signaling collection monitoring mode, discussed andsolved for the system realization of some key and difficult problem, put forward threedifferent monitoring scheme, namely the centralized collection centralized storage,decentralized acquisition centralized storage, decentralized collection distributionstorage. And all kinds of schemes to applicable do detailed research and discussion.Research and Implementation Based on seven signaling collection centralized storagemonitoring system, which is the key part of the thesis. Realization of each functionmodule of the system, reasonable design of each function module of the interfacebetween, put forward some creative design and system realization method. Finally thesystem a complete simulation test, the test results are analyzed in detail, effectivelydemonstrates the feasibility of the system.
