The competition of Mobile Communication market is from severe to severe with it's fast development. The CUTC grown up by 10 years. TheCUTC works GSM and CDMA mobile network, so the customer often alters the mobile phone number from GSM to CDMA or from CDMA to GSM. The CUTC encourage the customer to alter number from GSM to CDMA. It is necessary to develop The EAN system.The design of EAN system has a novel idea, it abandon the traditional idea which use the callfoward function to realize Altering number. The EANSystem simulate a mobile MSC, when a call to a customer's old number, the EAN system setup a path to the calling and the new number. The EAN system has three fuction which is register and direct call and direct message.The EAN system has three outer interface such as NO7 signaling link interface and traffic interface and BSS interface and one inner interface. The BSS interface used to support the register function and theNO7 siginal link interface and traffic interface used to support direct call and direct message function. According to the traffic size, the EAN system configure proper module. To adapt the high traffic, it is nessary to thinking over the compute ability of the sever which restrict the system's performance.The development of the EAN system makes it viable to altering the mobile phone number from GSM to CDMA. The mobile operator will widely apply the EAN system because it's novel design and easy development.
