The Design And Implementation Of Commodities Storage Management System In Jin-hua Shopping Mall

With the science and technology is advancing rapidly, people realize the powerfulfunctions of computers, and all areas of people’s lives have a computer. Computerinformation management as a part of computer applications has incomparableadvantages superior to the manual management. How to design and establish a scientificinventory management system, its can adapt to the strategy development of corporate,which is a very interesting topic for retail enterprises. Currently, for supermarkets andbusinesses, theirs stocks are often due to the low efficiency of information transfer,accurate delivery status, uncertainties and other factors, and commodity inventorymanagement is difficult. Therefore, this thesis developed a set of software, which canautomatically manage inventory information.In fact, the inventory management system is an information management system(MIS), and the system is mainly managed on the front-end user applications andback-end database. The back-end database management needs to establish a superiordatabase. The front-end user application requires that the application is powerful andeasy to use. In this thesis, by use of Visual C++and SQL Server2008and the ADO，which is connected with database, we designed four management modules: basedfoundation MIS management, MIS day-to-day business management, query statisticsand system management module. The basis of MIS module achieves a productinformation management, customer information management, supplier management,warehouse information management and other functions. The storage management ofMIS module achieves a database management, the transfer cargo management,inventory, and other functions. The query statistics of MIS module can display theexpired product information in a list, allowing the user to clean up expired goods,automated accounting total number.In this thesis, we put on the overall design and detailed design for Jinhua Mallinventory management system. In this first chapter the inventory management problemsof the current domestic private companies mall and future trends were discussed andanalyzed, and introduced a brief description of the basic idea of the research, the main content and key issues; The second chapter analyzes related technologies; in the thirdchapter analysis the needs of the Jinhua Mall inventory management system; in the endchapter Jinhua Mall inventory management system for system design and test; In thelast chapter the designed inventory management system in Jinhua Mall enterprise istested.
