Therefore establish a professional,modern, network, intelligent production management information system to improve theport production management, operational efficiency, develop new business channels, toprovide customers with quality service, enhance customer satisfaction has become themajor ports in the common pursuit of target.In this thesis, the status of the Tianjin Port cargo terminal management informationsystems analysis, unified Tianjin Port cargo terminal core modules of the productionmanagement system, to reduce the level of information differences between the cargoterminal, determine the system using C/S mode, use PB10.0, VC++, combinedOralce9i as development tools. In this paper, a brief introduction and analysis ofdevelopment languages, development tools and database management system. Thispaper first analyzed the production of management information systems from the cargoterminal needs to introduce the system design goals and design principles; designpatterns and the overall framework of the proposed cargo terminal productionmanagement system, and composed of the major modules of the system were analyzed;Finally, the main function of the system operating interface was introduced and made adetailed system testing.Information technology will be the transportation of bulk cargo handling in the portof Tianjin Port cargo terminal production management information system designed toprovide a complete solution.
