Since Wenzhou Financial Bureau practised informationization construction, due tolacking of overall planning and unified standards, its every department has beenfollowing his own will and imports or develops lots of different appliance systems indifferent periods. It makes now more and more serious problems of usage of softwareand maintenance as well the occurrence of isolation of information, difficulty in sharingdata. It is hindering the development of informationization construction.This thesis proposes the solution for sharing data and information isolation by theway of data integration to fulfill the integration of heterogeneous data. Based on it thisthesis try utilizing Flex RIA develop a ultra expansionary and flexible applicablesupportive assistant administrative system that it realize comprehensive utilizing andeffective administration to the data as composing the data. Moreover, it aim to transferthe common-used function and new business demand in the former software of presentfinancial departments into the assistant platform. It also aims to halt and eliminate theold system and change the situation of the chaos of numerous business software andsolve the problem of informationization.Centered this proposal, this thesis mainly do these below detail points:1. Forming a set of united standards for heterogeneous data interface to realizeintegration of the data in them and solve the problem of isolation of information, layingthe foundation for exchanging and sharing data.2. Packing communicational public base of Flex RPC and operation of data-base ofJDBC as foundational base of integrating supporting data platform and developingfunctional extension.3. Realizing the design and development of overall frame of financial assistantmanagement system in the form of RIA with Flex and J2EE.4. Forming a set of rule for functional extension of overall functional frames toassure the development of supplementary system in order.Currently, The overall frame of financial supplementary administrative system hasfinished developing and passed testing. The initial demand in expanding the business function has been realized and expanded into the assistant administrative system. Now ithas under trial use in the departments of Wenzhou Financial Bureau. It is believed thatcarrying on this proposal will advance the integration of different business systems andhas big significance for promoting further using of informationization system of thebureau.
