With the dramatically decreased of energy, the demand of research on new energysaving devices has been urgently raised,especially all kinds of display device ofautomotive electronics, LCD back light, plasma displays. In order to solve the problemthat the domestic energy-saving lamp is expensive and can’t be afforded byordinary citizens, this thesis puts forward and designs a driver circuit for new typeenergy-saving lamp that is electroluminescent lamp. The source voltage of this circuit is3V-5V, the voltage current is about420μA, and the output voltage ranges from160V to200V, and this circuit can be applied to3-6in2electroluminescent lamp. Above all, thecircuit can act quickly, operate stably and be integrated conveniently.A driver circuit of electroluminescent lamp is designed in this thesis. During theresearch, the author and other members of120V project team complete the design andsimulation of circuit, and finish the work of circuit layout.Firstly, the author completes the design and simulation of three different functionsub-blocks. The reference current source is designed to supply current for the restblocks. The enable circuit is designed to control the start and shut off of this circuit, aslong as the external resistance of oscillator and power supply voltage isn’t normal, theenable circuit shuts off the whole circuit, and reduces the power of this circuit to thelowest. The oscillator circuit is a kind of high-accuracy and adjustable RC oscillator, isused to generate two kinds of frequency for Boost circuit and H-bridge driver circuit.Secondly, this chip integrates Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS.Based on the0.5um120V BCD process topological design rule of CSMC, the author completes the selectionof devices, and finishs the design and verification of corresponding sub-block’s layout,and completes the splice of the entire layout.Finally, this thesis is a production of circuit theory and simulation with EDA tools,the theoretical analysis is the basis of the circuit design, and the simulation and testresults validate the correctness and feasibility of the circuit.
