With the quickly development of IP network, the business based on network hasbeen extended and more and more complicated. The business provided by network hasbeen developed from data services early to real-time video and VoIP service now. Andthe business which rapid grow brings a series of problems to current network which hasalready run normally. The most especial problem is the network congestion by largenetwork traffic. At the same time, the performance requirements by network user areimproved constantly. How to ensure the quality of business services(QoS, Quality ofService) in network puts forward a new challenge.In order to solve the problems of IP network traffic control better, many newnetwork architecture including OpenFlow network and Multi-Topology Routetechnology are raised by the university an research institutes at home and abroad. In thispaper, we deeply study on some problems of IP traffic control which included QoSdistinguish problem, a new network protocol named OpenFlow network technology,Multi-Topology Route technology and Click Module Router. By this technology, wepropose two solutions to solve QoS in network based on OpenFlow network andMulti-Topology Route technology. We also analyze the performance of Click ModuleRouter which is the experiment platform of Multi-Topology Route.In this paper, we first summarize the QoS techniques and traffic engineering in IPtraffic control method. Then we briefly introduced the related technology.Secondly, we introduce the principle and application scenario of OpenFlownetwork. We also analyze and test the performance of OpenFlow switch. A Qos flowtraffic control system based on OpenFlow network has been proposed. We expounds theframework of system and scheme design. Last we verify and analyze it through the realscene.Thirdly, we introduce the related technologies of MTR and Click Module Router,test the performance of Click. At the same time, we proposed a Qos traffic controlscheme based on MTR which run in Click Router. We also describe this scheme indetail and the result of tests. Last, we summarize the main work of this paper, analyze the deficiency andpropose the problem and related work of next step which need to solve.
