The high-speed development of wireless technology made the wireless LAN been widely used, because of its advantages with convenient mobility, easy to deploy, building fast, flexible and low-cost. At the same time, a wide variety of wireless terminal products led to a large number of wireless network users. Effective use of limited network resources has become a worthy issue.2.4G wireless LAN is a shared unlicensed free band, WLAN devices shared channel with non-WLAN devices, such as microwave overns, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones and so on, in the crowded2.4GHz frequency.These non-WLAN devices become a potential source of interference in WLAN.At present, the most effective means to find these interferences is dependent on specialized spectrum analysis device and software.These equipment or software are expensive and short of real-time.The engineering staff often solve problem after the passive spectral analysis.Howerver, in practice a lot of interference with very short duration,if there is no real-time monitoring tools,these interfernce can easily be ignored.Thus,the key to solve the above problems is the network environment in real-time spectral analysis,that is,the WLAN AP equipment can real-time analysis the non-WLAN signal.This article describes the WLAN device in real-time spectrum analysis of variety of technical knowledge,including WLAN, IEEE802.11, SNMP, LWAPP and so on.Then the main part of this article gives the requirements analysis,design, implementation and testing of WLAN spectral analysis.Then key part of this paper is the WLAN frequency spectrum analysis of software functional and non-functional requirements analysis, profile design, detailed design, and implementation.Finally,summary of the project including some of the prombles encountered in the process of project and also given the outlook of this project.
