The fixed allocation strategy of spectrum resource has been the bottleneck,of efficient utilization of spectrum resources.In recent years,with the rapid development of new wireless devices and new wireless applications,the spectrum resource is becoming more and more intense.With the rapid development of cognitive radio technology,cognitive radio technology can make the user to adjust the em ission parameters dynamically according to the radio environment,and non-authorized user(SU)use of authorized users(PU)channel without affecting authorized users(PU),realize in the full use of spectrum resources.With the rapid development of cognitive radio technology,cognitive radio sensor network has become a hot social research and application.As a new information acquisition and processing technology,wireless sensor network has a very broad applicati on prospect.The introduction of cognitive radio technology in wirel ess sensor networks can effectively solve the problem of limited spectrum resources in wireless sensor networks.But the four basic funotions of cognitive radio:spectrum sensing,spectrum decision,spe ctrum sharing,spectrum shift and four basic functions related to tec hnologies:spectrum sensing technology,spectral data acquisition,energy acquisition,spectral prediction,channel state prediction technology,face new challenges in the cognitive radio sensor networks.The main contents of this research is in the cognitive radio sensor network scenarios,based on aunif'orm grid spatial-temporal autoregressive model to predict spectrum data using spatial-temporal prediction techniques,as well as develop the spectral data's spatial-temporal analysis system.Spectrum data that used in simulation and the spectrum analysis system test process is WLAN's spectrum data in real environment obtained by spectrum acquisition system.In this paper,we first analyze the traditional spectrum forecasting techniques in cognitive radio,then combined with the existing uniform grid spatial-temporal autoregressive model,the spatial position,time and frequency bands of the three dimensions are combined,and the improved uniform grid spatial-temporal autoregressive model is proposed.Compared with the conventional spectrum prediction,based on uniform grid spatial-temporal autoregressive model to predict spectrum data consider the spatial location,time and frequency band,more close to the actual spectrum environment and also to adapt to the real network scenarios.Finally,this paper designs and implements the spectrum data analysis system.Temporal spectral data analysis system using web map display and labeling technology spectrum data visually unfolded on the map and statistical data query results in the form of graph represents to the web page.In addition,the system will spectral data prediction algorithm applied to the real-time display of spectral data.The system is a powerful tool for the auxiliary spectral data analysis.
