Information Flow Velocity And Intensity Rich Countries Showing A Positive Relationship

The development of contemporary academic study presents the phenomenon of taking all beneficial results from a variety of academic disciplines in order to accelerate the study. The emergence of information philosophy manifests linkages between the country’s strength and traditional concepts, such as:communication,advanced instruments,the e-government, which play the vital part in increasing a country’s strength. But in traditional perspective, these three concepts have not fully manifested the linkage between then. In information philosophy, they are serving the sole concept of information speed. From two perspectives, this study makes the conclusion by deduction and proved cases, that positive relationship exists between information speed and national strength, and the concept of information speed can represent other real matters such as communication, advanced instruments, e-government, and so on.
