The education already not limited only on the traditional way. Internet education already become more and more focus by people, it is now a hot topic of study and application internationally, it adapt the requirement of current information society on education development, is one of the major direction for current education. While using Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) already become a compulsory skill for current educators.In the course of medical imaging teaching as a starting point, to develop a set of CAI network teaching system for the purpose of the study. Based on the analysis of the demand for further design of the CAI network teaching system, including system architecture design, system modules and each module design and database design, and system interface design.The introduction of CAI teaching model in medical imaging teaching, in teaching at the same time display graphic image of large, intuitive increase teaching content, let the students acquire knowledge through things sound, light, color change and development, to stimulate the students desire for knowledge, to develop students’field of vision. But CAI network teaching system with the existing teaching mode, improve the efficiency of medical imaging teaching, but also accelerate the teaching process, the real play to the role of advanced media in teaching.
