| Since the end of the20th century, the scale of higher education are continues to expand, more and more students are able to enter post-graduate college, However, it has brought a lot of press on management to the university’s graduate. How to use the software technology to establish an efficient and secure, powerful network management platform is particularly important for the college graduate management. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of Guizhou Minzu university graduate educational administration management content. We adopt UML to to make analysis, and design graduate educational administration management information system which is based on web. We make analysis of the status of college graduate management from software engineering. We also make deep research for the system’s requirement, the overall design and security. Finally, we design and implement the system based on web.In this paper, we study the college graduate educational administration. After the investigation of the content and process of of Guizhou Minzu University graduate educational administration, we develop a complete management used to record student information. The system includes five parts as following.1.Fundamental Management:in this part, it mainly include grade management, class management and course management. The users can make some basic operations on grade, class and course.2.Grade Management:in this part, the main users students can only query themselves grade information, but the administrator can add, update and delete the grade’s information of students.3.Selection Course Management:this part provides a platform for students. In this part, the students can select courses, or drop the courses which are selected before.4.Basic Information Management:this part allows the users to query their information update the information.5.Cultivation Management:this part is used to record graduate opening and defense.At the same time, on the system access control, we adopt the sub privileges of user type, it can add the security of the system. In the achievement of the system, we adopt the technique J2EE and use the design pattern of MVC. For the system, we use hierarchical method to develop and implement. It can improve the performance of the system in all-round ways. On the background data management, we adopt MySQL as data service, it can improve the efficiency of system. The system satisfies the basic functional requirement of educational administration management system of Guizhou Minzu University. After running the system, it reaches the expected effect. |
