Abstract/Summary:
Graduate colleges and universities to improve the current level of management andquality of personnel training, according to their needs to develop the appropriategraduate management information systems. Although various systems currently utilizedto improve the work efficiency, but with the new concept of digital campus construction,the old graduate management information systems whether in the business process, or inthe system construction technology can not meet the needs of digital campus.The old system not only in the business to provide fewer external data interface,can not be achieved within the system data base transmission. The old system to usemore traditional J2EE architecture development, subject to the constraints of the designof EJB model, have not been widely used. How to play the advantages of Webapplications, improve the quality of software development is the construction of digitalcampus is a very important issue.Rich Web Technology (Rich Internet Application, RIA) for the Web systemdevelopment has brought a new concept, the technology to provide users with aWindows-like desktop operating experience, enhance the sense of the user’s operatingexperience. System with a good combination of J2EE architecture, the RIA-basedpresentation layer with the Spring framework and Hibernate framework is easy todeploy, RIA technology for the construction of a new post-graduate managementinformation systems to provide a strong support.Firstly,this paper analyzes the traditional Web technology developmentmanagement system limitations, under the new post-graduate management informationsystem requirements, combined with Flex technology, the main characteristics of thetechnology without refreshing the page, reduce system bandwidth, the client andserver-side asynchronous interaction and other advantages of using Flex to build intothe system. The combination of Flex and J2EE framework, based on a hierarchicalconcept, the Flex as presentation layer of the system,Spring for the business logic layer,Hibernate as the persistence layer, to integrate a set of Flex-based RIA with J2EEarchitecture system’s rapid development framework. System using object-oriented development methodology for graduate students inthe management of its functions. The use of RIA technology to achieve the MVC designpattern, and uses UML modeling techniques, complete needs analysis, proposed systemneeds to resolve the key issues, in the design of the key issues for given the appropriatesolution to achieve the function of each module of the system. And according to thetheory of software engineering at all stages of the project carried out the correspondingtest.
