Internet of Things technology rise to the traditional manufacturing industry hasbrought new opportunities. For the industrial sewing industry, with the Internet ofThings technology, real-time acquisition and production line sewing machine operatorsin the state and work information, through the wireless network control center anduploaded to a timely response, will improve the level of production line monitoring,providing productivity.This paper mainly studies the production line based on ZigBee technology tobuild monitoring systems, production on demand and monitoring systems usingintelligent terminal.In this paper, from the physical deployment, network topology design, supervisionof software architecture and database design aspects introduced production linemonitoring system of the building, and then give the industrial sewing industry modelProduction according to produced on demand problem and the problem solving,providing a workable production line design recommendations. And then give thedesign and implementation of virtual production line design and monitoring interface,on this basis, introduce the statistics and analysis of the data and provide some goodproduction suggestions. Then a virtual production line design on the mobile terminal isintroduced. Finally, from the functional and performance testing of the systemdescribed.
