Analysis And Design Of Guiyang Resident Patient Co-ordinate System

In2013, to improve the residents’basic medical insurance system, health protection and health of the insured, the residents basic medical insurance for outpatient co-ordination was carried out within the Guiyang City. From the actual situation of the city, this paper proposes a method with the use of information technology to achieve out-patient co-ordination, the patient co-ordinate the process of information technology, automation, so as to further improve and perfect the system of operating system, the residents patient co-ordinate system of Guiyang City is designed for this purpose.The paper describes the current situation of the patient co-ordinate work of Guiyang City, according to the national laws and regulations, combined with the current state of development of the information technology of the domestic and international patient co-ordination, and the software engineering and theoretical basis. Needs analysis has been done for Guiyang City residents patient co-ordinate system, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements. With the use of UML unified Modeling Language modeling our system, the management of insurance, basic information management, cost management, institutions and designated management, statistical reports and other functional requirements are described by the use case diagram, the business needs of the system involved is described by the use of activity diagram. In the system design phase, object-oriented thinking and the B/S architecture is designed based on the overall design and module design of the system, the functional architecture of the system is illustrated by the package diagram, the various functional modules between data flow process is illustrated by the order figure. In database design, the ER diagram is taken to describe the relationship between the various entities, with the help of the PowerDesigner modeling and the related database table structure is created, At last, a practical solution is provided for the informatization and standardization of the residents outpatient co-ordination of Guiyang City.The designing scheme presented in this paper can accurately reflects all the information of the patient co-ordination of Guiyang City residents, so the requirements of the work of resource sharing, collaborative work, automatically calculated, statistical reporting can be solved effectively, and the efficiency of patient co-ordination is greatly improved, there is a certain reference value in practice.
