E-government plays an important role in the process of government function transformation in all levels of administrative units.It is an important part of speeding up the construction of efficient government information platform,and also an important part of the working mode of the government in modern society.This paper studies the e-government system of the discipline inspection and supervision department,designs and realizes the discipline inspection and supervision information system of Baishi reservoir by using program design and database system,transforms the traditional offline manual record into online record,improves the classification retrieval and summary efficiency of the discipline inspection business data through the information system,so as to solve the long-standing problem that the manual record is easy to leak and error.At the same time,improve the work efficiency of discipline inspection department.The e-government system designed in this paper starts from the actual needs of Baishi Reservoir discipline inspection and supervision work,takes the informatization of discipline inspection data information work as the research goal,brings all processes of discipline inspection work into the information system platform,and realizes centralized data management and information sharing.The system uses the software life cycle method to analyze business requirements and design software in stages.The system is divided into modules such as system login,file management,construction of party conduct and clean government,problem clue and case management.The rapid prototype method is used to design the software development model.Development process makes it more convenient for users to query,search,statistics,so that work management more efficient and accurate.The system uses B/S architecture,Java language and its ecosystem for development,spring MVC and mybitas architecture for the background,jQuery,bootstrap and CSS for page design for the front end,MySQL database for data access,and e-government system for Discipline Inspection and supervision department based on the idea of front-end separation.The system uses the object access mapping mechanism to convert the database script language into the object-oriented program method,which improves the data storage and query speed,shortens the system response time,and provides the technical support and support platform for the Department staff to use the system continuously.The system realizes the computerization of the cadre's incorruptible files,and can collect the basic information of the staff,the incorruptible and self-discipline situation,and the personal major event report and other information respectively,so as to make the information more true and accurate.Through system update,information can be quickly and accurately retrieved in supervision and handling of cases.The system has the function of problem clue and case management,real-time tracking and retrieval of each problem clue and case process in the discipline inspection work,bringing the responsibility system of party conduct and clean government construction into the electronic management process,realizing the review of the responsibility of each party member and cadre and the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of the responsibility,improving the informatization of the discipline inspection and supervision work of Baishi reservoir informational level.
