Design And Implementation Of The Access Network Selection Algorithm With QoE Guarantee

Multi-radio Access network selection algorithm which provide access networkstrategy for the user is a key technology in next generation communication network.The result of choice will not only affect the user’s experience quality, but also has greatimpact on the entire network resource utilization and load balance. Academic andIndustrial also show there increase interesting.Firstly this paper introduces the present situation of the communication network,and points out that the heterogeneous wireless network integration is the inevitabletrend of the development, and analyzed some multi-radio Access network selectionalgorithms. Then introduced the concept of QoE, proposed an access network selectionalgorithm based on QoE, this algorithm add some cognitive module to the terminal andthe network, study the user preference, grasps the network load change rule, to selectthe most suitable network which can guarantee user’s business communicationexperience of network for the user, expect to achieve high utilization rate in the networkresources, improve the satisfaction of users for network services. Lastly, we design theactual physical communication platform to verify the validity and reliability of thisalgorithm.
