Quality Analysis Of Cognitive Network Resources And Implementation Of Resources Management Demonstration System

With the development of science and technology and increasement of communication service, spectrum resources utilization rate is relatively low. Cognitive radio technology is put forward to improve the spectrum utilization rate. And it is expected to ease the current face of more and more serious shortage of spectrum resources. So the development of cognitive radio is very meaningful. On the basis of cognitive radio, cognitive network also are known and developed. The cognitive network can get the current network conditions and take a certain network planning and decision making. It is applicable to any network. At the same time it analyzes all kinds of different resources in network. Also it can use and allocate these resources reasonablely.This article focuses on the cognitive quality evaluation of the resources in the network, and designs and realizes the management and demonstration software system of the cognitive network resources. Specific work is as follows:(1) Analysis of cognitive network resour ces. Cognitive network’s resource is rich, so the resource management is very complex. This paper focuses on the analysis and exploration of the spectrum, node and link resources at the cognitive network, and it summarizes each resource’s service capabilit y, stability and quality. Service ability refers to whether it has the ability to allow the business to access at the current moment. Stability refers to the average time to able to continue to meet the business conditions. And quality is the description of the overall ability to meet the business. Based on hidden markov model to simulate the changes in resource description and according to the state transfer parameters and the other definitions, the resource service capability, stability and quality are definite. Finally, the analysis of the cognitive network resources is applicated to the management system.(2) The structure design of the management and demonstration software system of the cognitive network resources. In this paper, the management and demonstration software system consists of communication module, storage module, resources analysis module and policy module. Resource storage module and analysis module using SQL Server 2005 software to design the database fields properties and etc. According to the different business, Policy module gets different allocation strategy to allocate resources effectively. In communication module, this paper design the communication data transmission by using the frame format, namely the resource information data transmission interface, business needs data transmission interface, the allocation of resources.(3) Demonstration of the cognitive network resource management system. The whole system is used by the C# language in the Visual Studio software. In a particular scenario, this paper has a simulation of sensory information, and use the Socket technology to communicate with the resource management system which can analyze these resources in the policy module. Then it sets a simulation of business requirements, and sends the business requirements to the cognitive network resource management system. And the management system allocates the resources to he business through policy module.
