Holographic laser interference printing belongs to Laser interference lithography,which includes laser, diffraction and interference optics. The ultimate limit ofresolution lithography technology has important significance and broad applicationprospects for the development of optoelectronic components, new display and largearea of digital products. Now the existing commercial digital holographic productiontechniques are usually based on laser lithography, which includes laser direct writingphotolithography, laser projection lithography printing and laser interference and soon. The laser interferometer Print has higher efficiency in these photolithographictechniques. Now the domestic large area digital holographic products’ productionlevel, both in size and quality, has a great gap compared with the international level.And it is limited to record the transmission lattice grating on the photoresist materialwith blue laser, also cannot be used to make reflection hologram.Holographic laser interference printing system is based on laser interferenceprinting technology, and referenced to the existing international advanced technologyand equipment. The system works with multiple laser light source and multiple lightpath coordination. It could be used for making transmission lattice gratings inphotoresist, also could be used for the production of transmission or reflectionhologram on the photopolymer and the silver halide material. Compared with theexisting lithography system, this system is more feature-rich. The technology andproduction of the system have reached the international advanced level. This systemcan be used to make products with delicate image, rich colors, excellent display effectand anti-counterfeit effect.The paper, according to the structure principle of holographic laser interferenceprinting system, has introduced two kinds of interference light path, which are thetransmission and reflection, and has designed a set of automatic positioning device. The main work includes the hardware configuration of the PCI controller card, servosystems and electronic pulse hand wheel; writing programs of the position recorder,which is used to control the image output, exposure time and move holographicplate, to achieve a fully automatic production of holograms. What’s more, thehologram is printed with position recorder to do a test, and the result has achieved thedesired purpose.The paper includes the following four parts: Firstly, introduce the developmenthistory of traditional optical holography and digital holography, and the holographyresearch status at home and abroad. In the second part, make a simple study onprinciple of the two kinds of interference light path and introduce the wholepositioning instrument design. The third and fourth parts are the primary work of thepaper. Design the corresponding hardware structure according to the recorder’sfunction, and introduce the hardware design principle of each part, such as theworking mode of servo system, PCI control card and related peripheral circuit,electronic pulse wheel configuration and so on. At last make a detailed research on thepositioning control system software and design the image output, exposure controland automatic positioning software system. The recorder has a good human-computerinteraction interface and rich functionality.
