With the continuous progress of science and technology, precision machinery industry towards the development of miniaturized components and the trace of the displacement is one of the major research in the future, and its precise position control of precision positioning technology is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, the development function for practical convenience and high precision positioning and cost-effective platform motion system has broad application prospects.The subject of two-dimensional motion system designed to require the implementation of the two scattered-site and remote speed motor control and running test. Taking into account the complex environment of the scene, the layout of the controlled dispersion characteristics of the motor, the system uses distributed control fieldbus implementation structure to achieve both of the two motor control and real-time monitoring of operating conditions.The paper includes the following three main tasks:1. Two-dimensional motion platform design. Two-dimensional moving platform by setting the load and life, choose the large frame of the linear guide rail; design of the electrical structure of two-dimensional moving platform, select the touch screen, VVVF three-phase asynchronous motor and inverter models.2. By setting the parameters of Siemens frequency converter MM440, to achieve the three-phase induction motor frequency conversion motor speed control, enabling the start and stop the motor and speed control.3. The use of Profibus-DP fieldbus host computer, PLC, Touch Panel and the drive closed-loop communication, and by Siemens WinCC flexible configuration software to achieve human-machine interface interaction.
