Light weapons, one of the major items of equipment are police and soldiers’essential equipments fighting against the enemy and defending themselves. In a clash with the enemy, whether shot hit directly related to the safety of the lives of the police and the military, the shooting hit rate is particularly important. In order to trick enemy in the battle with the enemy, the usual shooting training is crucial. But now, due to the conditions and safety factors, live-fire training difficulties, such as lack of time to train, the high cost of training, training of personnel, training ground or in urban safety factors. Therefore a need for an easy to use, safe simulation shooting system. To solve this problem, this paper proposes analog targeting system based on image processing. Allows the army, the police can always shooting training, and the training venues and facilities are no special requirements, indoor, outdoor, wild, both to ensure personal safety, but also improve shooting skill level and hit rate. The system is composed with the goal of calibration points target, camera, laser transmitters and analog display host (the host computer, the same below) and other components, camera and laser fixed on a training gun, laser spot can cover the entire target target. Laser emits laser at the same time, the camera follows the laser real-time acquisition image of the muzzle in front of the gun image preliminary processing and then sent to the host computer via the wireless LAN, the PC for further processing of the image obtain calibration points position, and then aiming position and target coordinates to real-time display and save. The system is modular in design, easy installation. Gun module is a core part of the system, image acquisition and data transmission. Target target existing ordinary target paper-based, paste the calibration points more likely to be camera to capture the target target. The gun data transfer between the module and the host computer using the wireless communication, easier to use.Module by the arm main control system, image acquisition module, communication module and infrared laser gun. Retrofitting camera with a narrow-band filter, in conjunction with the infrared laser calibration points more likely to be detected. This article first describes the basic principle of the optoelectronic technology and digital image, as well as image processing and wireless communication technology, and the design of hardware circuitry and software programming. Terms of hardware, the related modules In this paper, a brief introduction on the S3C2440processor based on the main system, all interfaces and related to a variety of communication protocols is described in detail. Software, the paper first a brief introduction to the gun system cross-compiler environment and the local environment of the host computer; and then describes the software implementation of the communication between the processor and camera module, accelerometer, wireless LAN module and other modules, as well as to improve the efficiency of the implementation code relocatable technology principles and implementation. Part of the source code is given in the text. The system uses an infrared laser and an optical filter, can effectively reduce stray light interference improve system reliability. Target target the inverse reflection characteristics of the calibration points, without using any electrical components, easy to use, easy to damage. The system can be well simulated firing practice, and people have to share a system to record the trajectory of sight and firing time, the technical details of the trainer to improve training efficiency, saving the cost of training.
