By detailed analysis of the technical parameters of the high frequency circuit board module of a certain type of automatic test equipment, develops a portable high-frequency circuit board module test equipmentPortable computer is the mainstay of this device, integrates multi-channel relay with PCI bus, digital multimeter, signal power, frequency module and so on. These modules are controlled by embedded C and C#programming. A CNC DC power supply module which is based on VUSB is designed for providing stepping voltage signal. Atmega8is used as the main control unit of this module. VISA driver software framework is used to control GPIB auxiliary test equipment, this is to facilitate the future expansion and simplify programming. In order to simplify the design of the software interface, the concept of the state machine is introduced.This device can do fault diagnosis and assist-repair test for31kinds of high-frequency circuit board module. People who doesn’t have the expertise also can use this device to do testing, the entire testing process is highly automated. It provides an effective means for the army to solve the problems which is caused by the high-frequency circuit board module.
