The network technology which has been immersed into people’s daily life in all aspects, has changed the way we spread information, communication, even social management and so on and so forth. All these impacts,are doubled when come to our college students who have been greatly influenced by the expansion of the Internet. The campus is the place where the Internet is the most quickly obtained and the most widely applied. With the construction and development of the campus network, it becomes more and more convenient for college students and teachers to study and work. The campus network has gradually become the collection and distribution port of all kinds of public voices. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay highly attention to the guidance in network public opinion, which will play an important role in achieving the stability, healthy and sustainable development in our campus.Firstly the article introduces the background and significance of the topic of this thesis and gives a general review about current research concerning network public opinion in campus; And then on the basis of giveing a definition to college public opinion and the certain policies relates to it, it analyzes the formation mechanism and the characteristics of it and elaborates on the necessity and the goal of the certain policies; Proceed to the next step, by means of a survey in form of questionnaire., and according to the result of the survey, the current situation of network public opinion and the factors which influence this phenomenon are deeply analyzed and made clear in this part; At last, based on the result of the survey, the next part brings forward some suggestions, such as building up a harmonious and healthy network environment, establishing the network alarm mechanism, creating a positive public environment and improving network qualities among college students, in which case the policies can be fully carried out and only in this way can a proper, harmonious and healthy public opinion environment be achieved.
