Rural policy propaganda not only relates to whether the national policy learned by farmers, but also relates to the policy enforcement and whether farmers can benefit from it, rural policy propaganda has very important significance for the policy implementation and the development of rural economic,political and cultural. Rural policy propaganda includes subject, object, effect and the chain of propaganda and so on elements, this paper mainly research the channel and methods of propaganda. These problems, whether the propaganda channels is unblocked and the propaganda methods are used appropriately, affected the effect of rural policy propaganda. Researching rural policy propaganda channels and methods has great significance to improve the effects of rural policy propaganda.Jianli zhou lao zui as the location of west central revolutionary base area of Hunan and Guizhou, plays a very important position in the history of Chinese revolution. However, although in the local place the party’s tradition and impact is profound, it is not make full use of the unique red culture resources, it is fall behind on all aspects development. Researching on the deficiency of the local rural policy propaganda channels and methods, and according to this to put forward the corresponding solution strategy, it has reference significance for the rural policy propaganda of the similar old revolutionary bases.This paper in jianli zhou area as the research object, through questionnaire and interview way to understand the present situation and deficiencies of rural policy propaganda channels and methods. The full text altogether is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter expounds the research background, present situation and the significance of this paper. In the second chapter mainly introduces the design scheme of this paper, by describing the theoretical basis and the core concepts, the research ideas and methods, introduced the ideas of this paper from the macroscopic idea. The chapter three tells the basic situation of jianlizhou area, described the local rural policy propaganda environment from the history and reality the two aspects, and analyses the current situation, characteristics and significance of local rural policy propaganda. In chapter four analyses the rural policy propaganda channels and methods in jianlizhou area, mainly introduce the main performance and propaganda methods of rural policy propaganda in mass media channels, organization propaganda channels and interpersonal propaganda. Trough analyses the detailed figures getted from the questionnaire survey, draw a conclusion of rural policy propaganda channels and methods, provide the basis for putting forward the insufficient of channels and methods in the following passage. The fifth chapter researches from the "noise"exist in the propaganda channels and the accept psychology and habits of the audience, points out the defects of rural policy propaganda channels and methods in jianlizhou area.
