Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is an RF principle through space coupling, and exchanging information data using non-contact communication, finally identify the target technology. The technology can realize non-contact recognition, non-linear distance identification and long distance identification, quickly identify, multiple different target recognition and moving target recognition, etc.It not only has the characteristics of a traditional bar code technology, and also has the advantages of penetration, diffraction, high information storage and anti-jamming capability, and has been successfully applied in the logistics tracking, product security, intelligent control,operations management,product procurement and distribution,medical,military, agriculture and other fields.RFID systems commonly brings to enormous production efficiency and considerable commercial value to the society, but its security and privacy has become one of the key issues limit its wider application, and at the same time, more and more with the functionality of the RFID chip they attack risk coefficient increases. Although a variety of physical security mechanisms and encryption, authentication security mechanisms have been proposed, but in view of the RFID tags with limited memory, speed of operation and data transmission capabilities, can not be the traditional security methods directly applied to the system, so advanced and reliable RFID system encryption security protocol has become one of the focuses of current research direction.This paper first introduces the RFID system’s basic structure and working principle of each part, as well as the types of security attacks and security mechanisms based on the physical and cryptographic techniques.Then in view of the typical RFID security protocols, such as Hash-Lock protocol, randomized Hash-Lock protocol, Hash chain, based on the Hash ID change agreement, LCAP RFID protocols, distributed inquiry/reply authentication protocol and so on advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Combined with the features of RFID system and its data information transmission security requirements, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing RFID encryption security mechanism, this paper proposes a new hybrid encryption security authentication protocol. By AES and Hash algorithms combine make full use of the advantages of the two kinds of encryption algorithms, encryption of communication data, each dynamically modify the label Tag ID has improved such that the safety factor of the encryption protocol.Finally the protocol security and realizability has carried on the concrete analysis, shows that the protocol can not only ensure the security of RFID system efficient, at the same time can provide better openness, and can adapt to the complex application environment, and thus lay the foundations for the further wide application of RFID system.
