Energy efficiency information collection and analysis, is a collection of business scope of the energy efficiency of the Service Corporation to cover the information of the typical enterprise information, to focus on customers for energy consumption analysis, the market operation of energy saving Service Corporation, customer positioning provides data support and technical analysis. It focuses on solving the problems of energy saving industry, lack of basic data and analysis methods.This paper first summarizes the current energy issues and the current situation of energy efficiency service at home and abroad, and then describes the background of this paper and the research content of the system. Then, through the development of technology and development tools to explain the two part of the system architecture design. In this paper, the energy efficiency information collection and analysis system is divided into "comprehensive display", "enterprise archives management", "cooperative partnership management", "electric power analysis", "energy efficiency potential analysis", "integrated query", "system management" and other modules, the paper from the system function module design, data model design and interface UI design to achieve energy efficiency information collection and analysis system, including various functional modules.This system design is based on the Windows development platform system design, the backstage DBMS uses Oracle10 g database, the database model uses PowerDesnigner15 company’s Sybase tool. In the development of technology, the integrated development framework is based on the service oriented architecture(SOA) / public information model(CIM). Integrated development framework is based on J2 EE platform, which consists of the following aspects: workflow platform, application integration and development framework, business intelligence framework. The system uses SSH three layer structure design, using Java language to write programs to achieve the functional modules, the development tool uses MyEclipse8.6, system server using Windows platform Windows 2003 Server, using Web as the system’s Tomcat6.0 server.The structure design and implementation of the system are based on the MVC structure of the J2 EE technology. Model view control(model-view-control, MVC) is the most common J2 EE application architecture, and MVC is suitable for interactive Web applications, especially in the presence of a large number of pages and multiple clients access and data display.The energy efficiency management system established in this paper includes many technical fields, such as data acquisition and analysis, industrial and electrical intelligent, building energy saving, etc.. The goal of the energy efficiency management system we want to build is to collect the energy efficiency information of the enterprise and analyze the data. The function of this system is mainly determined by the following: using the normal operation of equipment, the operation of various electrical and mechanical equipment of the data and parameters, as well as the characteristics of energy transmission. Through energy efficiency management system, it can make the use of resources to maximize the use of resources, to avoid unnecessary consumption, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
